Attack of Combat Drones on Rivne Region

On the night of September 20, the enemy attacked Rivne region with combat drones. Air defense forces were operating in the region. This was reported by the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval, on his Telegram channel.

«The air defense forces were operating at night in the Rivne region. As a result – the downing of an enemy aerial target», – said the head of the region.

According to him, no infrastructure damage was recorded, and no people were injured.

It should be noted that on the night of September 20, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the launch of enemy combat drones over Ukrainian regions.

Recall that on the night of September 20, an air alarm was declared almost throughout Ukraine. Russia massively attacked with combat UAVs. Air defense forces were actively working, repelling enemy attacks. Explosions were heard in the outskirts of Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv regions, as well as in Ivano-Frankivsk.

According to the head of Ivano-Frankivsk region, Svitlana Onyshchuk, no one was injured as a result of the enemy attack on the region.

In addition, on Thursday, September 19, Russian troops shelled the village of Vilcha in the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, an 85-year-old man died on his birthday.
