Nova Poshta cancelled dimensional weight for parcels: new tariffs.
Nova Poshta has updated its tariffs for international delivery
Nova Poshta has published new tariffs for international delivery. Now the cost of a parcel will be determined by its actual weight, not by its dimensions.
According to company representatives, if a parcel contains, for example, a hat weighing 250 grams, the client will pay only for this actual weight, regardless of the size of the package.
In addition, Nova Poshta has implemented a convenient pricing system for small shipments.
Currently, tariffs will be set not within large weight categories, as before ('up to 2 kg', 'up to 10 kg'), but more precisely - according to the actual weight of the cargo.
Specific prices will be set for 0.1 kg, 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, etc. This allows the company to make deliveries more flexible and fair for its customers.
Moreover, Nova Poshta has previously made changes to the tariffs for domestic delivery, under which clients will pay depending on the weight and volume of the parcel.
These changes in tariffs reflect a trend in the delivery business to account for the actual weight of the goods when calculating delivery costs.
