According to Novyny.live: New power cuts have been recorded in Ukraine as a result of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, leading to a gradual decline in electricity consumption. As of the morning of March 23, consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions were left partially without power. To optimize energy use nationwide, capacity restrictions for industry and hourly blackouts for households will be implemented from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in all regions. Meanwhile, electricity consumption was 1.4% lower than on the previous working day, which may indicate that consumers are adapting to the new conditions. Energy officials recommend using electrical appliances between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, a measure that could help reduce strain on the grid during evening hours.
