On June 9, a prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia began, made possible by agreements reached at the meeting in Istanbul. Unfortunately, protests in Los Angeles and damage to aircraft at the Russian airfield continue to support the tense relations between the countries. A Russian court convicted two Ukrainian servicemen to more than 20 years in prison, and an expert in logistics management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been suspected of illegal enrichment and weapon possession, which confirms the unfriendly background between the countries.
