According to UATV: On February 11, 2023, Russian military shelling of the Donetsk region resulted in three fatalities and left 18 people wounded. The attacks caused damage to 66 civilian structures, including 21 residential buildings. In the city of Sloviansk, seven aerial bombs were dropped, killing three people—one of them a child—and injuring 16 others.

The assault on Sloviansk damaged two apartment blocks and 14 private houses, along with businesses, service stations, gas stations, and 28 civilian vehicles. The town of Druzhkivka also came under fire from 'Smerch' multiple rocket launchers and drones, which struck five private homes.

Regional Situation

In the village of Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, two individuals were wounded by an enemy drone strike. In Kramatorsk, a Russian drone damaged a civilian car. These attacks are part of a broader pattern of strikes on Ukrainian cities far from the front lines. Regarding the recent strikes, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated:
