According to Novyny.live: By the morning of March 21, the aftermath of shelling in the Izium district of Kharkiv Oblast had become clear, with casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure. In the city of Izium, the attacks damaged private homes, civilian vehicles, and power lines. According to local sources, six people sustained injuries of varying severity.
The village of Oskil was also hit, where residential houses and electrical grids were damaged. Two individuals were reported to have acute stress reactions. Over the course of the day, Russian forces targeted 11 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, leaving ten people injured, including one child.
