According to inkorr.com: As a result of the night shelling in the Poltava region, which led to power outages in several areas of the region, reserve locomotives had to be engaged. This caused delays in the movement of several passenger trains. This was reported by 'Gromadske' referring to 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.
