Shelling in Odesa and Kharkiv
Shelling occurred in Odesa and Kharkiv. The Russians launched a rocket attack on the city center of Odesa, damaging apartment buildings and apartments. In Kharkiv, Russian troops hit 41 buildings. Between 25 and 71 people were injured as a result of the shelling. Rescue operations have ended in both cities.
Presidential elections in Romania
The first round of presidential elections was held in Romania. UK sanctions against Russia

The Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked important enemy facilities in the Bryansk, Kaluga, and Kursk regions of Russia. An oil depot in the Kaluga region was hit.
Corruption among military enlistment office employees in Odesa
Employees of the Odesa military enlistment office demanded money from conscripts at checkpoints. They promised assistance and deferment from service for money, threatening with search in case of refusal.
