Odesa City Council Plans Partnership with Brazilian City.
The Odesa City Council plans to enter into a partnership agreement with the Brazilian city of Fortaleza, located on the Atlantic Ocean coast. Official negotiations for cooperation between the cities have been ongoing for many months and have finally been successfully completed.
During a virtual meeting between Odesa's mayor Pavlo Vugelman and Fortaleza's deputy mayor Elcio Batista, agreements were reached regarding cooperation in the fields of culture, tourism, investment, and municipal management. Both parties plan to formally endorse the partnership by signing the relevant document, representatives of the Odesa City Council reported.
Fortaleza - the fourth most populous city and a leading Brazilian resort
Fortaleza is one of the most popular resorts in Brazil and a city that attracts tourists with its beautiful beaches and developed business sector. In addition, it serves as a cultural and commercial center of Brazil.
