It is noted that the list of decisions returning justice in the work of medical-social expert commissions was determined by the National Security and Defense Council. In particular, the President of Ukraine enacted the Council's decision to liquidate the medical-social expert commissions from December 31, 2024.

Recall that 64 officials of medical-social expert commissions (MSEC) received suspicions of committing crimes, and more than 4,000 disability conclusions were canceled according to Security Service materials.

It was found that about 50 prosecutors in the Khmelnytskyi region filed for disability through Tatiana Krupa's corruption scheme in MSEC.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine launched an investigation into this situation.

Illegal enrichment of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical-Social Expert Center Tatiana Krupa and her son was also discovered.

The head was put under arrest for 60 days with the possibility of posting bail.

The Ministry of Health conducted checks and canceled conclusions on establishing disability for 74 military personnel by Khmelnytskyi MSEC.
