Occupants increased the number of attacks in one of the directions – General Staff.

The attacks of Russian invaders on the positions of Ukrainian defenders continue. There were 80 combat clashes in a day. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the territory of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, border settlements continue to be shelled. As a result of enemy artillery and mortar fire, Mala Slobidka, Pokrovka, Uhroidy, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Bleshniya were damaged. In these areas, there were also 16 airstrikes on various settlements.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy carried out three attacks near Tykhe and Vovchansk. The battles continue.

In the Kupiansk direction

There were six combat clashes in the areas of Berestove, Stelmakhivka, Hlushkivka, and Novoosynove. Four of them ended, two continue.

In the Lyman direction

The enemy stormed our defenders' positions more often – 17 times near Makiivka, Nevske, Terny, and Torske. The enemies could not break through the defense.

In the Siversk direction

There were three battles near Verkhnokamianske and Spirne. The Russian army advanced but suffered a defeat.

In the Kramatorsk direction

There were five combat clashes near Chasiv Yar and Bohdanivka. Two of them ended, three are ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction

The occupants carried out eight attacks near Zalizne and Toretsk. Half of them were repelled, four continue.

Also, the Russian invaders carried out 12 airstrikes in various areas.

In the Pokrovsk direction

The enemies attacked positions near Kalynove, Sukha Balka, Yelyzavetivka, Zelenye Pole, Novooleksandrivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Zhelanne, and Skuchne. The Ukrainian defenders held the pressure and repelled 19 out of 25 attacks. The exact losses of the enemy in this direction are being clarified. Oleksandropil was also attacked.

In the Kurakhove direction

The enemy unsuccessfully attacked near Krasnohorivka, Kostyantynivka, and Heorhiivka five times.

In the Vremivka direction

The enemy also attacked our positions five times near Vodyane, Kostyantynivka, and Vuhledar. Three attacks were repelled, two continue. The situation is under the control of Ukrainian soldiers.

Additionally, the Russian troops carried out airstrikes and launched missiles in various areas.

In the Dnipro direction

The Russians suffered a defeat, trying to attack the Ukrainian defenses on the left bank of the Dnieper three times.

Let us recall that the scouts of the Ministry of Defense raised the Ukrainian flag on the Kinburn Spit.

Also, Ukrainian soldiers removed the Russian flag from a building in Daryino, Kursk region. This happened after the area was cleared.
