Russia warned about being added to the UN list for violence in the war: what does it mean.
In the annual report of UN Secretary-General António Guterres, it was noted that Russia was warned about the possible inclusion in the list of countries and entities committing violence during armed conflicts.

Warning to Russia
'I am deeply concerned about credible information regarding violations by Russian armed and security forces and associated armed groups, primarily against Ukrainian prisoners of war, in 50 official and 22 unofficial places of detention in Ukraine and the Russian Federation'
The UN Secretary-General expressed concern about crimes committed by Russian structures. The Secretary-General's spokesperson emphasized that Russia systematically complicated access for UN observers, leading to the possible inclusion in the next report.
Ukraine's Reaction
Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russia uses violence in conflict conditions as a method of warfare and should be subjected to sanctions. He called on the world to act together to stop Russia's aggression and ensure justice for the victims.
Sybiha also reminded that more than 90% of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were released from Russian captivity experienced torture and ill-treatment.
