According to ТСН: The European Union may find itself on the brink of disintegration and chaos in governance by 2026, but Budapest does not intend to leave the EU.

This statement was made by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"The European Union will fall apart on its own, a kind of disintegration will occur, there will be chaos in management," he stated.

According to him, this process can be prevented through restructuring, but the desired changes are currently not visible, as countries are stuck in their internal problems.

The head of the Hungarian government also noted that leaving the EU would be an unwise step for Budapest. Commenting on Brexit, he emphasized that it was a "bold" move, but negatively impacted Central Europe.

Orban stressed that his country does not possess nuclear weapons and does not have enough power to leave the union, so such a step would not be rational.

Recall that previously Orban hinted at a possible war in Europe as early as 2026. In his opinion, in 1945, after the end of World War II, nuclear weapons "kept the nations of the continent from war." Now, he noted, a "completely new world" is forming.

The situation in the European Union raises concerns, especially in light of growing internal conflicts and social challenges. Viktor Orban's thoughts and predictions about the future of the union may reflect the anxiety not only of Hungary but also of many other countries seeking stability and security in changing conditions.
