Oschadbank to Eliminate Card Top-Up Fees Under New Tariffs Starting July 2026.
Oschadbank’s Updated Fee Structure Effective July 1, 2026
According to Novyny.live: Starting July 1, 2026, Oschadbank will introduce a revised fee schedule for its most popular banking services. As part of this update, the bank will remove charges on several transactions for the MORE card package, aiming to simplify customer banking experiences.
Specifically, from July 1, 2026, Oschadbank will waive fees for:
- cash deposits to card accounts made without a card at POS terminals;
- cash additions to accounts without a physical card via ATMs;
- funding accounts without a card at self-service payment kiosks;
- crediting funds without a card using bank account details.
This means customers can perform these actions at no cost, significantly streamlining their financial transactions.
Additionally, the following operations will also be free of charge:
- cash withdrawals at branch teller windows;
- debit transactions at self-service terminals;
- cash disbursements from Oschadbank ATMs;
- card-to-card transfers;
- transfers using a financial phone number.
The MORE package card will have a validity period of five years, giving customers extended access to these favorable terms.
Terms and Conditions for the MORE Tariff Package
The MORE package includes a monthly account maintenance fee. For non-personalized cards, this fee is waived entirely, while personalized cards incur a charge of 100 hryvnias. For Mastercard Debit Platinum and Visa Platinum cards, the fee is 300 hryvnias, and for Mastercard World Elite and Visa Infinite cards, it amounts to 900 hryvnias. Additionally, changing a PIN code costs 15 hryvnias, except for the first change, which is free.
It is worth noting that Oschadbank has extended the validity of cards that expired from February 2022 onward until December 31, 2023. This allows customers to continue using their existing cards without needing replacements. The tariff changes and innovations planned for July 1, 2026, are designed to enhance the convenience and accessibility of banking services for the public.
These adjustments reflect Oschadbank’s commitment to staying competitive in the financial services market, especially given the rising demand for convenient and fee-free banking operations.
