New Fees Introduced for Updating Your PIN Code
According to Novyny.live: Oschadbank has announced updated rules regarding fees for changing the PIN codes on its bank cards. Under the new policy, the first attempt to change a PIN is free of charge, but every subsequent attempt will cost 15 hryvnias. To make the process more convenient, customers can also change their PIN for free through the 'Mobile Oschad' app.
Ways to Change Your PIN Code
Cardholders have several options for updating their PIN codes, including:
- a chatbot
- a POS terminal
- an ATM
- a payment terminal
- the contact center
Additionally, PIN changes can be made via voice commands by calling 0 800 210 800. This variety of channels gives customers plenty of flexibility when they need to update their code.
Furthermore, starting July 1, 2023, Oschadbank plans to adjust its fees for a range of other transactions. This reflects the bank’s ongoing efforts to update its pricing structure, which could affect the financial services it offers to clients.
Oschadbank’s new PIN change fee policy could significantly influence customer behavior, as the free first change encourages users to take greater advantage of online services.
At the same time, introducing a fee for subsequent changes may push customers to be more careful about remembering their codes. The planned tariff adjustments on July 1, 2023, also suggest that Oschadbank is adapting to shifts in the financial market and evolving client needs.
