The Pension Fund approved the average salary for April 2025

On May 26, 2025, the Pension Fund of Ukraine announced that the average salary for April amounted to 19,856.19 UAH. This indicator is important for determining the size of pensions in accordance with pension insurance legislation.

In recent months, the average salary in Ukraine has gradually increased. Starting from January, when it was 18,660.32 UAH, it has increased monthly and reached the indicated value in April.

It is worth noting that this year the pension fund anticipates accumulation, indexing, and limitations in calculations. Most pensioners receive less than 5,000 UAH per month, despite the average pension being around 6,300 UAH.

Pensioners can now receive pensions at any bank, thanks to new rules and powers. For example, pensioners from occupied territories can receive payments not only from Oschadbank but also from any other bank.

Due to issues with pension allowances and service length, many Ukrainians want to better understand these processes and receive refunds.
