Zelensky: The basic block of documents on peace and security guarantees is ready.

According to ТСН: Today, the Ukrainian delegation is returning from the USA and will report on the achievements during the negotiations in Florida. The basic block of several key documents is already ready.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that during his work in the USA, the following results were achieved:

• 20 points of the peace plan – although the situation is not ideal, the plan already exists;

• A framework document on security guarantees for Ukraine from European allies and the USA;

• A separate document – bilateral guarantees between the USA and Ukraine that need to be approved in Congress;

• A document on post-war recovery of Ukraine – the first draft is already available.

“In my opinion, the basic block of all documents is ready. The basics. There are some things we are probably not ready for. There are things, I am sure, that the Russians are not ready for,” said Zelensky.

The leader of Ukraine emphasized that the American side will still be working with the Russians, after which feedback will be received. All information has already been passed on from our side.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian intelligence assessed the prospects for a peaceful settlement after meetings in the USA.

“In fact, they (the Americans - ed.) have given the process new momentum and energy. I can say that I look optimistically to the future,” said the head of Ukrainian intelligence.

Today’s negotiations in the USA were an important step towards ensuring the security of Ukraine, as well as the recovery of the country after the war. The next stages of the Ukrainian delegation’s work involve active participation in approving packages of documents that may become the basis for a stable peace process.
