37 Ukrainian Journalists Honored by President Zelenskyy: Full List of Award Recipients and Titles.
Presidential Decree Recognizes Media Professionals
According to UATV: On June 6, 2026, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 482/2026, awarding state honors to 37 journalists in celebration of Journalist's Day. This recognition highlights the critical role of media in Ukraine, a country where press freedom has faced significant challenges, especially during wartime. Among the honorees were Nataliia Husak and Oleh Borysov, whose contributions to journalism received special distinction.
Nataliia Husak, a correspondent for the FREEДОМ television channel based in Dnipro, was awarded the Order of Merit, Third Class. Oleh Borysov received the title 'Honored Journalist of Ukraine,' a prestigious acknowledgment of his lasting impact on the nation's media landscape. Both individuals were part of a broader group of media professionals recognized for their dedication and service.

Furthermore, the honorary title 'Honored Journalist of Ukraine' was bestowed upon BORYSOV, BRATUSHKA, DARMOSTUK, and CHEREVATYI. It is also noteworthy that a camera crew from the FREEДОМ channel, including Nataliia Bielokudria and Andrii Domovyi, was recognized today.
