Ukraine transitions to winter time on October 26: how to prepare the body.
According to inkorr.com: On October 26, 2025, Ukrainians will set their clocks back to winter time. On the last Sunday of October at 04:00, the hands of the clocks will turn back one hour to 03:00. This means that on the night from Saturday to Sunday, you will be able to rest for one hour longer.

Impact on public transport and medical recommendations
Passengers of rail and public transport should take this change into account in their plans. The schedule for trains and urban transport will be adjusted to the new time.
Ukraine uses a unified Kyiv time (UTC+2), despite the fact that the territory of the state actually covers three time zones. Smartphones, computers, and other electronic devices will automatically change the time. However, mechanical and wall clocks will have to be adjusted manually.
Doctors recommend starting to prepare for the time change in advance – about one to two weeks before the transition. For better adaptation of the body, it is advised to take calm evening walks, gradually shift the time of going to bed to an earlier time and choose light meals for dinner.
Therefore, during the transition to winter time, it is important to consider the impact on public transport and prepare the body for the new regime. Doctors encourage starting preparations in advance to cope with the changes more easily.
