This means that Ukrainians will again have to switch their clocks to summer time in the spring. According to statements, the draft law can no longer be revived as the deadline for signing the document has expired. The president's office does not comment on the reasons for not signing the draft law. Until the parliament develops a new similar draft law by October 2025, Ukrainians will continue to change their clocks back on October 27 at 4:00, transitioning to winter time.
