Pension Fund addresses Ukrainians: who has the right to early retirement now.
Ukrainians who meet the established criteria can receive an early retirement pension due to age. This is reported by the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Luhansk region.
Conditions for pension appointment
According to Article 115 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Mandatory State Pension Insurance', the conditions for granting an early pension are clearly defined. This category includes, in particular, combatants, mothers of many children, parents of children with special needs, as well as persons with certain diseases.
Combatants, persons with disabilities due to war, and family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine can receive an early pension after reaching the age of 55 for men and 50 for women. The condition is a work record of at least 25 years for men and 20 years for women.
Mothers of many children who have given birth to five or more children are entitled to an early pension if they have raised the children to the age of six, have reached 50 years of age, and have a minimum work record of 15 years.
Persons with certain diseases, for example, those suffering from pituitary dwarfism or other diseases, can receive an early pension after reaching the appropriate age and having the required work record.
An early pension is also granted to workers who were dismissed before retirement age due to various circumstances, such as changes in production organization or health issues.
Such pension categories help to socially protect citizens in difficult life situations and contribute to improving the social status of the population as a whole.
