Supported by Berlinska: Bezuhla called for the mobilization of women.
Member of Parliament Maryana Bezuhla supported the idea of mobilizing women in Ukraine and proposed starting by involving them in rear positions.
She announced this on her Telegram channel on November 4.
"I have long supported the mobilization of women and am grateful to Maria [Berlinska] for once again raising this relevant topic. The Constitution does not have two types of citizens. Currently, we have illegal discrimination against men," the deputy noted.
According to her, the involvement of women in military service should start with rear positions such as clerks, personnel officers, and security units. Bezuhla emphasized that currently, there are thousands of men in the rear who have "resolved" the issue of service, while combat units need reinforcement.
The deputy also drew attention to the need to implement labor mobilization for performing economic tasks and increasing the pace of the defense industry.
"Without the general national resistance to the occupier, the war is doomed to defeat, and the Ukrainian nation is — to another loss of statehood," Bezuhla stressed.
The parliamentarian noted that she has repeatedly submitted relevant amendments to laws, but they have not found support among colleagues and government officials.
