The law provides for benefits for the payment of communal services, which include the management of apartment buildings, energy supply, and water supply. There is also a discount on fuel. The amount of the benefit depends on the individual's status: combatants receive a 75% discount, participants of the war - 50%, the disabled and relatives of the deceased - various discount amounts.
Where to apply for benefits and what documents are needed
To obtain the benefit, military personnel can submit an application to the Pension Fund either in person or remotely. They need to have their passport, a document certifying the right to benefits, and identification code. The PFU will review the application within 10 days and will notify of the decision within three days.
