After the scandal in Odesa, one of the utilities lost its critical status.
The Odesa municipal enterprise discovered a case of fictitious employee booking, which led to the cancellation of critical status for this organization. The head of Odesa OVA, Oleg Kiper, announced this during a briefing.
Consequences of fictitious booking
After the revelation of this scandalous case, which allowed healthy men to avoid mobilization, it turned out that several people were actually working on paper as janitors or plumbers. Such a situation is absolutely unacceptable according to Oleg Kiper.
Today, the front needs support. Some are standing in line at recruitment offices to join the Armed Forces, while others are looking for a reason to hide from mobilization. This is unacceptable. And reputationally, this is very negative for the entire region.
The head of OVA also stated that he appealed to the heads of other communities with a request to check employee bookings in municipal services.
It is recalled that recently there were convictions for fictitious bookings in municipal services, as well as arrests of officials involved in these schemes.
According to the latest report, the detection of fictitious employee bookings in municipal enterprises has become a serious problem in the Odesa region. The focus on this scandalous case is intended to demonstrate the severity and unacceptability of such actions in the context of mobilization and serving one's state.Read also
