There are no plans for a sudden US exit from Europe - NATO Secretary General.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated during a meeting of foreign ministers of the North Atlantic Alliance that the United States does not intend to suddenly leave Europe. The US Secretary of State participated in this event for the first time, and NATO chief Mark Rutte emphasized that the United States remains committed to the North Atlantic Alliance but demands that their partners finance defense more. He expressed hope that European countries and Canada will increase their defense spending, as the existing threats from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea require appropriate measures. It is noted that these negotiations are a preparation for the NATO summit in Brussels in June, and the issue of military aid to Ukraine is also being discussed.
