The police showed the first moments after the drone attack on Cherkasy.
On the night of May 4, the Russian army launched an attack on the city of Cherkasy using drones. Video footage captured shows that the shelling lasted only a few minutes. Fortunately, no one was injured in the attack. Immediately after the incident, patrol police actively responded, evacuating residents and blocking vehicle traffic. The capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, was also attacked by drones, but rescuers quickly extinguished all fires. As a result of the attack, damage and fires were reported in three districts of Kyiv: Obolon, Svyatoshyn, and Shevchenkivskyi. In the Obolon district, an apartment caught fire, and seven cars burned near a residential building. In the Svyatoshyn district, three one-story houses caught fire, while in the Shevchenkivskyi district, a tree burned and the roadway and power pole under the railway bridge were damaged.
