US President Joe Biden is likely not to allow Poland and Romania to shoot down Russian missiles and drones over Ukraine. He fears escalation.
This was stated by the head of the Center for Applied Political Studies "Penta" Vladimir Fesenko in a commentary to the YouTube channel RBC-Ukraine.
"I doubt that Biden will make this decision. Here's why: the Biden administration has always supported Ukraine, maybe not to the full extent, but supported, yet simultaneously there was a postulate - to avoid risks of war with Russia," Fesenko believes.
He recalled that, according to the American leader, such destruction of missiles and drones would be "interference in the war." Moscow also signaled about this.
According to Fesenko, Russian missiles and drones can be shot down over Poland and Romania, which would also put pressure on the aggressor.
