A 19-year-old citizen of Ukraine driving a BMW repeatedly exceeded the speed limit significantly, for which he received over a hundred penalty points. In addition, he made obscene gestures in front of the surveillance camera. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referencing the Poznań Municipal Police Headquarters.

He added that the young man made such gestures while driving at excessive speeds outside populated areas, where the maximum allowed speed is 50 km/h.
The BMW driver's owner accumulated 119 penalty points. The 19-year-old Ukrainian was taken to the police, where he confessed to all the crimes he was accused of. This driver is not new to breaking the law. It turned out that he was fined last year for two speeding violations and shoplifting in Poland.
The materials collected were assessed by the border guard team in Poznań-Lawica. According to the police, the commander issued an order for the deportation of the foreigner to Ukraine due to a threat to public safety and order. Additionally, he has been given an 8-year ban on entering the Schengen area. By court decision, the young man was detained and will be held in custody at the center for foreigners in Lesznowola until the execution of the decision,' said Lukasz Paterzynski.
In addition to a fine of up to 30,000 zlotys, the young man is also deprived of his driving rights for the offenses he committed.
Ukrainians deported from Switzerland for crimes
Switzerland deported three Ukrainian citizens who committed crimes in the country. According to information from NZZ, three Ukrainians were returned to their homeland on a special flight from Zurich. This is the first return of Ukrainians to their homeland for criminal offenses since February 2022.

According to the survey results, the willingness of Ukrainians to move abroad has increased to 19% compared to September 2022, but remains lower than in 2020. Most Ukrainians – 79% – state that even if they receive US or EU citizenship, they will still stay in Ukraine.
