Farmers in Poland are planning to start a strike in front of the 'Medyk - Shehyni' crossing point, reports the Lviv customs.
The strike will begin tomorrow at 9:00 and will last until the end of 2024.
The restrictions apply only to freight trucks:
- entry to Ukraine - one truck per hour;
- exit from Ukraine - the movement of trucks weighing over 3.5 tons is completely blocked.
The farmers announced a possible protest action as early as October 8 and will protest until December 31, 2024.
At the border with Moldova, crossing points have temporarily ceased operations, and at the border with Slovakia, a queue has formed due to software issues.
