Demand for Currency Fell: How Many Dollars and Euros Were Imported to Ukraine.

In March 2025, the volume of imported cash foreign currency in Ukraine amounted to $1.059 billion, which is 2.2% less than in February. This data is provided by the National Bank of Ukraine.
The highest demand for currency in Ukraine was observed in the fall of last year and in January of this year, after which it began to decline.
According to official NBU statistics, in March, banking institutions imported $801 million in the form of cash US dollars and $254 million in euros.
$181 million worth of cash currency was exported from Ukraine.
