DTEK energy workers restored electricity supply in Donetsk region

On this Saturday, August 2, DTEK energy workers restored electricity supply for over 180 thousand families in 29 frontline communities of Donetsk region. Even considering the constant shelling and threats, the company's crews continue to operate in difficult conditions.

DTEK Donetsk power grids reported this on their Facebook page.

Energy workers are working without breaks

DTEK noted that specialists have been working continuously for 1257 days, and as soon as they receive permission to enter dangerous zones, they head to the damaged areas to restore power for people as quickly as possible.

'We are doing everything possible to bring light back to every home', the company emphasized.

It should be noted that in Ukraine, there are occasional interruptions in electricity supply due to shelling from Russia.

Meanwhile, other experts believe that there are currently no grounds for returning to a power outage schedule, but they point to risks when such a situation may occur.

After prolonged continuous work, DTEK specialists restored electricity supply for over 180 thousand families in Donetsk, despite constant shelling and difficult conditions. The reliable work of energy workers allows people to use electricity in their homes again, despite the risks and challenges they face.
