According to Novyny.live: Starting this summer, several communities in the Mykolaiv region will offer emergency cash assistance through the 'Caritas Ukraine' Charitable Foundation. Families impacted by the war can receive monthly payments of 1,800 UAH, totaling 10,800 UAH over a six-month period. This initiative is a joint effort with the International Organization for Migration (IOM Ukraine) and the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

Eligibility and Requirements

Emergency aid is available in the Snihurivka, Horokhiv, and Shyroke communities, as well as for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the Pervomaisk and Voznesensk districts. Additionally, a stabilization package of 12,300 UAH is offered, consisting of monthly installments of 2,050 UAH.

Applicants must submit several documents to register for the program. These include:

  • A national passport
  • A taxpayer identification code
  • Proof of income
  • An IDP certificate
  • Bank card details
  • A certificate confirming vulnerability status
