Specifically, it proposes to exempt affected residents from paying building management fees for the duration of the martial law period and for one year after its termination.

Key Provisions of the Draft Law

The bill's fee waiver applies to consumers whose homes have been damaged. The measure aims to ease the financial burden on citizens who have suffered losses due to the war. The costs incurred from exempting these citizens will be compensated. Funding sources for this compensation are designated as:

  • the state budget,
