The court decided to impose a fine of 17 thousand hryvnias and charged a court fee of 605 hryvnias. The soldier's lawyer appealed this decision.
The soldier himself denied his guilt, and his lawyer filed an appeal against the court's decision.
Poacher in Vinnytsia Region
In the Vinnytsia region, a fish protection patrol identified a poacher who caused environmental damage amounting to 30 thousand hryvnias. The man used prohibited fishing gear, which led to significant ecological damage.
