The first British official accused of war crimes due to the conflict in Ukraine
According to The Sun: Experts investigating war crimes in Ukraine have turned their attention to Graham Phillips - a 46-year-old former civil servant known for his pro-Kremlin views. He became the first Briton to be charged with war crimes related to the conflict in Ukraine.
London police, as well as the FBI and CIA, are conducting an investigation into violations of the Geneva Convention.
