The sale of state land leases brought 14.8 million UAH in a week.
Last week, 10 online auctions for the lease of state agricultural lands were held in the Prozorro.Sales system. According to the 'Land Bank', the land plots of various sizes were presented in Lviv and Kharkiv regions. Their total area is 566.1 hectares.
Sales results: the total sum of the auctions amounted to 14.8 million hryvnias, with the potential economic effect of the trades along with VAT possibly reaching 17.7 million hryvnias. The number of bids from participants was 62, and the average cost of leasing per hectare is 26,155 hryvnias.
Ukrainian agricultural lands continue to be sold through online auctions on Prozorro.Sales, demonstrating some activity and interest among participants. These trades have significant economic potential for the regions where they are held.
