The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with U.S. representative Steve Witkoff, stated that the Kremlin is ready for negotiations with Ukraine 'without preconditions.' This was reported by Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov reminded that earlier the President of the Russian Federation had already mentioned several times his readiness for negotiations without conditions.
'During yesterday's communication with Trump's envoy Witkoff, Vladimir Putin reiterated that the Russian side is ready to resume the negotiation process with Ukraine without any preconditions,'the publication reports.
It should be reminded that the General Staff of the Russian Federation informed Putin about the 'liberation' of Crimea - Ukraine reacted.
