Russia Expands Military Forces Again

According to UATV: Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to increase the size of the Russian army by 27,000 personnel—the third such expansion since the beginning of the year. This decision comes amid Russia's ongoing mobilization and continued military operations on the Ukrainian front. The conflict, now in its third year, shows no signs of abating as Russian forces press attacks against Ukrainian defensive positions.

Attacks and Losses

According to the latest reports, occupying forces launched 57 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the past day alone. Nearly a quarter of these clashes occurred on the Pokrovsk front. In response, Ukraine's defense forces eliminated 1,590 Russian soldiers. Since the full-scale invasion began, Russia has suffered over 1,440,000 military casualties. Ukrainian artillery units also destroyed:

• A P-18 'Terek' radar station
• 8 Russian tanks
• 13 armored combat vehicles
• Nearly 40 artillery systems

Military analysts note that the enemy will likely continue concentrating efforts on the Pokrovsk direction. According to military analyst Serhiy Hrabskyi, this strategy is part of the occupiers' overall plan. Meanwhile, the 4th 'Rubezh' Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine reports active enemy aerial reconnaissance and attempts to clear routes of mines, indicating preparations for further assaults.

The enemy's goal is to demoralize the Ukrainian population.
