The Most Dangerous Cities in Europe: Experts Name the Top Three Leaders of the Anti-Ranking.
According to inkorr.com: Traveling through Europe, one can come across both exciting and dangerous places. According to experts, among the most dangerous cities and capitals on the continent are Brussels, Stockholm, and Marseille.
Cases of Violence
The activity of drug dealer gangs has increased in the Anderlecht and Molenbeek areas. By mid-August, 57 shootings had been recorded, 20 of which occurred during the summer holidays.
In Stockholm, by August 2025, there have been 55 recorded cases of shootings, resulting in the deaths of nine people. In Marseille, last year, 24 people died as a result of drug-related shootings.
Safe Cities
However, there are also cities with a moderate level of criminal activity. Among them are Paris, Copenhagen, Athens, Lisbon, Rome, and Madrid. Although shootings sometimes occur here, the threat to local residents is lower. On the other hand, cities like Budapest, Warsaw, Valletta, and others are considered some of the safest, where cases of violence are rare.
Therefore, traveling in Europe can be extremely interesting, but it is important to remember your own safety and be cautious in potentially dangerous areas.
