Search for the British Teenager
The search for the British teenager who went missing in the mountains near Dracula's Castle nearly two weeks ago has begun. George Smith arrived in Romania on November 22, not informing his family of his intention to take a solo hiking trip the next day.According to The Sun: According to his mother, the 18-year-old had some experience in hiking and was not a novice at such expeditions.
“I am sure he knows what he is doing,” she noted.
The search for the boy is complicated by poor weather conditions and the challenging terrain.
Currently, the Romanian authorities have engaged volunteers and specialized teams, hoping to find the teenager more quickly. The situation remains tense as every day counts. George's relatives are urging anyone who can help to join the search operation.
