More than 30 thousand households were left without electricity, as well as part of the city of Nizhyn. All necessary services are working to restore electricity supply. As of 10:30 AM, electricity supply to the city hospital and local water utility facilities has been restored. Work is ongoing.

It should be noted that during the night of August 31, the enemy also carried out massive attacks on the Odesa region using drones. The head of the Odesa OVA Oleg Kiper reported that the city of Chornomorsk and its surroundings were most affected. Private houses and administrative buildings were damaged, and in some places fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished by rescuers. There is information about one injured person.
