Russia launched 88 drones at Ukraine at night: hits confirmed.

During the night of May 28, an attack occurred over Ukraine. The enemy used five ballistic missiles 'Iskander-M/KN-23', a guided air missile Kh-59/69, as well as 88 drones of the Shahed type and imitation drones of various types. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine referring to 'Glavkom'.
It is known that the drones were launched from Millerovo, Oryol, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. However, thanks to the actions of air defense units, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the attack was repelled.
“As of 09:00, air defense has neutralized 71 enemy drones of the Shahed type (drones of other types) in the east, north, and south of the country. 34 were shot down by fire strike means, 37 were locally lost/suppressed by electronic warfare,” the report says.
There were also confirmed hits by the enemy's air attack means in eight locations. Recall that earlier it was reported about attacks on railroads in three regions and on an industrial enterprise in Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad region, which resulted in casualties.
