Jobs for Pensioners in 2025: What Bonus Payments Can Ukrainians Receive.

The head of 'OLX Work', Maria Abdullina, reported that more and more job opportunities are being offered to pensioners in Ukraine. In recent years, the number of vacancies for pensioners has increased by 33%, with this category of workers earning 20 thousand hryvnias. Experts predict that this trend will continue.

Pensioners are showing increasing interest in employment, as businesses are increasingly providing jobs to older people. Pensioners especially actively collaborate with small enterprises. Employers typically offer pensioners jobs as drivers, salespeople, security guards, cleaners, cashiers, loaders, sales managers, tailors, and general workers.

Pensioners' salaries are also rising - from 18 thousand hryvnias in 2024 to 20 thousand at the beginning of 2025. This gives pensioners more opportunities to find work and have a stable income.

In April of this year, pension sizes were changed for Ukrainians.
