NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has publicly stated that the Kremlin is not serious about peace, pointing to Russia's latest aggressive actions as evidence.

Massive Barrage on February 3rd

In the early hours of February 3rd, Russia launched a massive combined assault on Ukraine, deploying 412 drones and a significant number of missiles. Ukraine's air defense forces managed to intercept or neutralize 450 incoming targets, which included:

• 38 missiles
• 412 unmanned aerial vehicles

The missile volley consisted of 28 Kh-101 cruise missiles and 'Iskander-K' missiles, launched from the Caspian Sea and Russia's Kursk region.
