Russia attacked Cherkasy with drones: critical infrastructure damaged.
According to inkorr.com: On the night of September 17, Russian occupiers carried out airstrikes on Cherkasy using drones, reports the portal 'Glavcom'.
'That night, the enemy directed strike drones at Cherkasy,' said the head of the Cherkasy OVA Ihor Taburets. 'As a result of the attack, critical infrastructure was damaged.'
At this moment, the exact consequences of the events are still unknown, the information is being clarified. Local media report that as a result of the shelling in the city of Smila, there were power supply issues.
Series of explosions in Kropyvnytskyi
That night, a series of explosions was also heard in Kropyvnytskyi. According to monitoring channels, the city became a target for enemy drones.
The Air Forces reported the arrival of strike drones towards Kropyvnytskyi. Later, information about explosions in the city appeared.
Residents of the city shared videos showing the fire after the attack. Officials have not yet commented on the situation; the consequences of the attack are still being clarified.
Since the beginning of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, attacks by Russian occupiers on civilians have become a common occurrence.
