On November 21, early in the morning, two people were injured as a result of an attack carried out by Russia in the city of Dnipro. According to the State Emergency Service, the occupiers damaged the building of a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, destroyed the boiler house and windows.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that the fires caused by the attack were extinguished by rescuers.
Earlier, on the morning of November 21, Russia attacked Dnipro with rockets of various types. In particular, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
