According to UATV: On March 23, 2023, Russian forces launched drone attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions, as well as the city of Kherson. These strikes resulted in civilian deaths and numerous injuries. The assault involved 251 attack drones, according to official reports.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two people were killed and two others wounded. In Kryvyi Rih, an FPV drone struck a vehicle during the shelling. The Kirovohrad region also saw two people injured in the drone attack. Additionally, a 75-year-old man riding a bicycle was wounded in Kherson. Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, stated that an ambulance crew transported the victim to a hospital in moderate condition.
