Massive shelling of Poltava region
According to inkorr.com: At night, the enemy attacked the Poltava region, as a result of which one of the energy enterprises was hit, leading to a fire. This information was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration Volodymyr Kohut, – notes 'Glavkom'.
In the Poltava district, falling debris and direct hits were recorded. The administrative building, vehicles, and equipment were damaged.
'Household and legal consumers are without electricity. Currently, the fires are localized, and electricity supply has been restored. Fortunately, there are no casualties', – Kohut said.

Yesterday, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with drones on the Sumy region, resulting in damage to infrastructure. However, preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties among the population.
The 1281st day of armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine continues. The enemy actively uses missile and air strikes, shelling with rocket systems and using kamikaze drones. In several regions, including Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, there were also air strikes.
The massive shelling of the Poltava region resulted in damage to energy sector facilities; however, fortunately, human casualties were avoided. The day before, an attack on Sumy was recorded, where Russian drones did not cause casualties among the civilian population. Military aggression continues, and the enemy continues to use various types of weapons against Ukraine.
The situation in Ukraine remains tense. Authorities and defense forces are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling and protect the civilian population. Despite the attacking actions of the aggressor, Ukrainians continue to demonstrate resilience and support one another in these difficult times.
