«The culmination of the campaign is scheduled for the final days of exchanges (tentatively June 20). The final act will be the intention to present distorted (false) lists in the media as identified Russians of deceased Ukrainian military and civilians. Thus, Russia aims to provoke panic and outrage among Ukrainians and shift the responsibility for committed crimes onto the Ukrainian authorities», - the message states.
