Russia's preparation for a possible offensive in the Sumy region
The Ukrainian State Border Guard Service has confirmed that Russia is actively preparing for a possible offensive in the Sumy region. Enemy forces are accumulating in the Kursk region, and enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups remain active in the territory of the Sumy region.
Ukrainian military forces are keeping other potentially threatening directions under control, however, no activity has been recorded at the border with Belarus so far. However, after the joint military exercises of Russia and Belarus, the situation may become complicated.
